2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Terms
Our Website allows you to book services such as desert safaris, yacht cruises, and city tours. Bookings can be made on a “Book Now, Pay Later” basis. Payments are due after booking confirmation and may be made via bank transfer, cash on arrival, or credit/debit card.
2.2 Payments
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. We accept cash, bank transfers, and most major credit cards.
2.3 Pricing & Amendments
Prices are on a shared basis unless otherwise mentioned and are subject to change without prior notice. AJ Caravan reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to operational requirements.
2.4 Child Policy
Children under 3 years travel free. Children aged 3–10 are charged at a discounted rate. Infants under four years must be accompanied by an adult and not occupy a separate seat.
2.5 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
In case of weather disruptions or government mandates, full refunds will be offered or bookings rescheduled.
3. Tour Conditions
3.1 Licensed Vehicles
Our fleet includes licensed and insured 4×4 Toyota Land Cruisers, buses, and saloon cars. All vehicles are equipped with seat belts and air conditioning.
3.2 Vehicle Allocation
Vehicle type depends on group size and package. We use cars, vans, or buses as needed.
3.3 Company Rights
AJ Caravan reserves the right to alter or cancel tours due to unforeseen events such as bad weather or legal restrictions. Alternate arrangements will be offered.
3.4 Religious Observance
Some entertainment services may be suspended during Ramadan and Islamic holidays in accordance with UAE law. Please consult our team before booking during these periods.
4. Liability
4.1 Limitation of Liability
AJ Caravan is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to use of our Website or services. Liability is limited to the original amount paid for the booking.
4.2 Disclaimer
The Website and services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.
4.3 Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage to phones, cameras, or valuables during tours.
4.4 Force Majeure
